BREAKING: NECO Registrar dies

The Registrar and Chief Executive Officer National Examinations Council (NECO) Professor Godswill Obioma is dead.

He died last night in Minna, Niger state.

Obioma was appointed as the Registrar of NECO on the 22nd of May 2020
