The federal government of Nigeria is working tirelessly to ensure the progress of building houses to Nigerian citizens. It build a FMBN mega-city in Abuja. About 1,250-housing unit Mega-City along Kubwa Expressway, behind Mobile Police Barracks, Abuja, was constructed last year.
The city, one of several planned for construction, comprises 650 units of 2-bedroom bungalows and 600 units of 3-bedroom bungalows.
FMBN team of supervisors was delighted at the pace of work at the project site and impressed on the property developer Brains & Hammers to ensure strict adherence to standards and quality.
The FMBN Mini City is part of the 5,000 housing units that the the federal government through the bank plans to deliver under the Federal Government’s National Economic Sustainability Plan (NESP). The cities are historic in the size of units delivered per project site.
