Do you know that the quest by the Buhari administration to enlist Nigeria into the league of digital economies has gone a notch higher with the recent training of 500 youths on Digital Entrepreneurship in Abuja?
The training, which lasted for two weeks commenced on the 20th of June 2022 with 50 participants each drawn from Delta, Cross Rivers, Katsina, Kano, Borno, Kwara, Oyo, Ondo,and Gombe states including the Federal Capital Territory, all of which constituted the first batch.
The programme was organized by the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy, and at the end of the training, the youths were each given a laptop, a mobile MIFI device with a three month internet subscription, training materials and cash stipends to enable them kick-start their own digital entrepreneurship.
