The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Hajiya Sadia Umar Farouq flagged-off the payments in Bauchi the State capital where she enjoined all the beneficiaries to make good use of the grants to start some little enterprises that could blossom and change their lives.
It is gratifying that these payments are being flagged-off all across the country to bring succour to the poor and needy, and it shows that the National Social Investment Programme of the Buhari administration has taken roots, and that its sustenance will help in growing both the macro and micro sectors of Nigeria’s economy.
